Bear Lake, Bear Family Haven


The entrance to Bear Family Haven is right off of Bear Lake Blvd. Each unit has its own designated parking areas. The Papa Bear has 10 spots total, the Mama Bear has 4 spots total and the Baby Bear has two spots total. See the map below for further details on Parking at Bear Family Haven.

There is no parking on the grass. Garden City offers overflow parking in the Hodges Canyon parking lot.

Driving of snowmobiles, dirt bikes and ATV’s on the property is not permitted except for ingress and egress. No motorized vehicles may be driven on the lawn and may not be operated at speeds of more than 5 miles per hour anywhere on the property.

Bear Lake, Ideal Beach


The entrance to Ideal Beach is right off Bear Lake Blvd. Parking stalls are adjacent to the unit and are reserved for cars. Boats, trailers, campers, ATV’s, snowmobiles or specialty vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Sleeping in any vehicle parked on the resort is not permitted. Offenders will be fined $300 and/or ejected from the resort.

Driving of Snowmobiles and ATV’s on the resort is prohibited except for ingress and egress. These and all other motorized vehicles may not be driven on sidewalks, beach or lawns and may not be operated at speeds of more than 5 miles per hour anywhere on the resort. Violators will be assessed a fine of $300. All snowmobiles and ATV’s must be parked on the trailer while not in use.

Boat Trailer Parking: Provided wooden boards must be used under trailer jacks to protect our parking lot. Failure to do so will resort in a $300 fine and/or ejection from the resort.

Southern Utah, East Zion Orderville Lodge


There are three entrances to the property off of Cedar Drive. You may park anywhere in front of the house (see photo below), to the east of the house or in the driveway.
